"Multilayer Microfluidic Systems with Indium-Tin-Oxide Microelectrodes for Studying Biological Cells" has been accepted for publication in Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering. This is a collaborative work with Prof. H Chen, Hsin of NTHU-EE.
